the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). It contains Federal
agency regulations, proposed rules and notices, and Executive orders.

The George Washington
University Law School - The only university in the country with
a Master of Laws Degree Programs: Government Procurement Law. The LL.M.
program in Government Procurement Law has proven attractive both to attorneys
with substantial experience in the federal government and to those in the
private practice of law, as well as to more recent law school graduates.
The program was established in 1960 and for more than 30 years was headed
by two renowned experts in the field, now Professors Emeritus Ralph C. Nash,
Jr. and John Cibinic Jr.

— The Federal Procurement Division serves those involved in federal procurement
or grant law. The Section seeks to improve the functioning of public procurement
by contributing to developments in procurement legislation and regulations;
